With well-equipped testing facilities and strong technical background, we innovated 'Vertical upward continuous casting' in 2006, by using this technology we manufactured a new product-----Cast Iron Hollow Bar, which filled the blank market in continuous casting iron profile at home and abroad.
Comparing to sand casting,centrifugal casting or horizontal continuous casting, there are many advantages of ours such as high density, zero deficiency, thin diameter, thin wall pipe, close to final shape(tube) ,reduced scrap (30%-50%), and superb wear resistance etc. So our products could be widely used in mechanical industry fields, such as railway vehicle, oil machine, engineering machine, auto engine parts, hydraulic pressure, chemical pump, machine tool, metallurgical equipment and so on.
